You can also add RSS Feeds to your pages and posts using the Lexi widget.    This means that you can include for example feeds of your Squidoo lenses and activity there automatically. 

To do this, while editing your page, position the cursor where you would like the feed to be included in the page content, then click on the RSS button at the top right of the editor toolbar.  A popup will appear that will prompt you for the feed details.
