By day, a teacher, by night, an explorer – I began to search for life’s meaning, initially through writing fiction and more recently through learning and writing about spiritual philosophy.

One of my aims is to apply all that I now understand and accept to my moment in real-time because the moment that is under our feet is the only moment we can shape from the inside/out.

Another aim is to share all that I have learnt with anyone who is interested in genuine spirituality – spirituality from the heart – and all matters of the soul.

Because I strongly believe that genuine spirituality can only come from the heart, I am not selling any spiritual paraphernalia – not a book, not a CD, no ritual or visualization manual, not even a crystal- nothing that taps into the mechanical aspects of our brain.
