Coming from a family particularly vulnerable to skin cancer and sunburn, I’ve always been very conscious of sun protection – especially here in Australia, where a thin spot in the ozone layer makes melanoma is a particular risk. However, while it’s easy to be very diligent at the pool, beach or park, it’s another thing entirely when casually, driving or walking. The sun is on 24/7, and it won’t make the distinction!
This lens covers some of the less obvious skin protection tips. I hope this helps a few readers improve the protection of themselves and their loved ones.
